Enscape works with the aquaculture sector to research and understand how to improve efficiency and deliver sustainable outcomes that are environmentally responsible, provide social benefits to communities and are economically viable.  Our work in research years has involved supporting the Scottish Government, Marine Scotland, Zero Waste Scotland, the Crown Estate and the private sector to understand how different sectors (seaweed farming, fish farming, capture fishing) can work with sustainable development principles at the core of this.  More information on specific projects can be found on our News page.
