Enterprise Zambia (2020-2025) was a challenge fund established to contribute to increased opportunities for smallholder farmers in agriculture, including agroforestry and aquaculture value chains.

As part of the programme, Enscape provided support, contracted by Imani Development, to provide cost benefit analyses and financial models for project teams supported by Enterprise Zambia, where delivering more sustainable businesses, involving community capacity and wealth building were core objectives.

This support established a framework to demonstrate cost-benefits realised by programme interventions showing both commercial and development additionality.
