Enscape has carried out regional research for a number of clients to understand the views of businesses and social enterprises on approaches that will help them to develop and diversify their business models, to reduce environmental impacts, create local value, provide training and jobs.  Identifying opportunities to develop and support supply chains has been an imporant element of this work.

To date this work has focussed on areas such as Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, Perthshire, Dumfries and Galloway, the Scottish Borders and parts of the Highlands, involving online surveys and many face to face interviews.

Research of this kind provides much needed insights and evidence for policy-makers and support organisations, sourced from those organisations, large and small, delivering a circular economy on the ground.
