A key project for this company, to determine whether to invest in the development of an Eco-flower accredited product. This involved carbon footprinting and gap analysis of requirements to secure this accreditation.

We identified the scope of work involved for the client, to assist them to understand, from an informed position, the costs and implications associated with changing its operations to manufacture products which complied with the EU Eco-flower scheme. This allowed them to prioritise the initiatives that the company should be taking forward, from a global, operational perspective.
