This was a key project influencing economic development on an island community – involving stakeholder engagement, business planning and cost benefit analyses for different waste management supply chain options. This resulted in a number of significant opportunities to reduce the costs associated with different waste streams – opportunities which required different operational practices.

An audit to identify cost savings associated with improve energy efficiency and effluent loadings was also carried out by Enscape’s sub-consultants. We have a strong network of consultants, with engineering, legal and scientific expertise, who are commissioned on a project by project basis.
