Zero Waste Scotland has appointed Enscape Consulting to carry out research, including an online survey, to find out more about what organisations are doing to reduce their food and drink waste, as well as to understand the barriers and opportunities in the future.  This work entails us engaging with organisations working in the following sectors:

• Hospitality e.g. hotels, restaurants and other eating places
• Food and drink manufacturing
• Retail and wholesale

This survey will take 10 to 15 minutes to complete and the answers you provide will assist Zero Waste Scotland to design one to many support programmes for organiastions to reduce food and drink waste in the future.

The questions aked will ensure that the response you give is anonymous unless you give us permission (at the end) to contact you.  Any data collected as part of this survey will be managed in line with the privacy and data policies of the contractor (Enscape Consulting) involved in the delivery of this project for Zero Waste Scotland, which can be found here.
