Enscape works with the agricultural sector to research and understand how to deliver innovation in policy, as ell as identfifying new business models, that can support many of our remote rural communities.  

Our work in research years has involved supporting the Scottish Government and Zero Waste Scotland to understand how mobile abattoirs could provide a local service to communities that want to manage their livestock in a more local way.  We have also carried out research into how the country manages fallen stock and made recommendations to government on potential ways forward.  More information on specific projects can be found on our News page.
