Cycling Scotland have appointed Enscape Consulting to carry out an evaluation of the Social Housing Partnership Fund (SHPF) established in 2019.  The aims of the evaluation are to:

• Conduct an update to the previous 2020 evaluation with reference to the "Theory of Change" categories used
• Capture what impact the COVID 19 pandemic had on the delivery of projects

If your organisation received funding support please complete the short survey below (5 to 10 minutes) duration.  The findings from the survey will be used by Cycling Scotland to identify ways to improve the funding and support provided across the country.  The survey asks about the progress of the funded site(s), specifically on the outcomes and any barriers remaining for those projects that are completed.
